The article \u201cInova\u00e7\u00e3o na gest\u00e3o do abastecimento de \u00e1gua: das nuvens de pontos ao digital twin com recurso \u00e0 metodologia scan-to-bim\u201d co-authored by Jo\u00e3o Po\u00e7as Martins, Lu\u00eds Jacques de Sousa, D\u00e9bora Pinto, Ana Catarina Rocha and Lu\u00eds Sanhudo from BUILT CoLAB, and Raquel Caetano, from \u00c1guas do Douro e Paiva, was published in issue no. 121 of Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Magazine and included in the dossier \u201cNovas tecnologias no suporte \u00e0s atividades da constru\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p>\n\n
The article is the result of the work being carried out by BUILT CoLAB in close collaboration with \u00c1guas do Douro e Paiva, with the aim of digitising the entity’s assets to enable the monitoring and management of its assets, supporting the optimised maintenance of critical network assets.<\/p>\n\n
This edition of the magazine was co-edited by professors Humberto Varum, from FEUP, and Hugo Rodrigues, from the University of Aveiro, and its main objective was to highlight examples of the application and use of new technologies in the construction sector.<\/p>\n\n
