The concept of gender equality translates into equality of rights, freedoms and opportunities between genders, with the aim of providing equal appreciation, recognition and participation in all spheres of public and private life.<\/p>\n<p>This document describes how BUILT CoLAB is committed to respecting this right in its various dimensions:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5e8acf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f5e8acf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Management of professional\/personal life - Organizational Culture<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b4b4948 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b4b4948\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>BUILT CoLAB recognizes the importance of gender equality in professional and personal management, and encourages the reconciliation of family management tasks, whether the employee is male or female. In the construction sector, there are several examples of this and there are already several cases of actions carried out by BUILT CoLAB in which gender equality was promoted.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0fb63c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0fb63c1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Creating preventive measures for violence such as sexual harassment<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d28d764 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d28d764\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Every 12 months BUILT CoLAB will promote information sessions where all employees will be told about the precautions to take in order to avoid any type of violence (physical, psychological or sexual harassment) and how to react or proceed in the event of a case or incident.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-533c9cf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"533c9cf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Commitment to Resource Allocation<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25a324e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25a324e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>BUILT CoLAB is committed to allocating human resources to the implementation of this plan.
