BUILT CoLAB, represented by Gonçalo Araújo, took part in the first Entrepreneurial Discovery Space (EDE) dedicated to the ‘Green Transition’ priority area of the Smart Specialisation Strategy (ENEI2030), which was held in July at PACT in Évora.
This event was the first in a cycle of sessions dedicated to the priority areas of ENEI 2030, with the aim of realising the bottom-up dimension of the strategy, ensuring the active participation of various entities, which facilitates the operationalisation of the rationale of selectivity in R&D&I investments inherent in ENEI 2030.
Gonçalo Araújo therefore took part in the organised dynamics, in collaborative group workshops, giving his contributions and the BUILT CoLAB’s points of view on the technological domains, areas of application and their relative importance in the context of future funding. These contributions focussed above all on the application areas of Construction and Energy, and which, discussed in a participatory manner in the different groups, will now be used to formulate recommendations to the ENEI2030 Executive Committee.
