BUILT CoLAB took part in the AEC Forum 2024

AEC Forum 2024

BUILT CoLAB was present at the AEC Forum, organised by PTPC, which took place on 5 December in the Beato Innovatin District.

At the event, Luís Sanhudo presented ‘Technological Challenges for the Digital Transformation of Construction’, Vanessa Tavares addressed the topic of ‘How can companies and municipalities be more sustainable in the management of their Built Environment?’, and João Moutinho took part in the round table on ‘Innovation, Digitalisation, Industrialisation, Sustainability, Regulation, Qualification and Focus on Society’.

In an edition focussed on ‘Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the AEC Sector’ and ‘Construction 2035 – Strategy and Opportunities’, this Forum was well attended by some of the most important stakeholders in the built environment in Portugal.

This AEC Forum was therefore an opportunity to network, debate and share knowledge about the latest trends in the construction and engineering sectors, highlighting, for example, the recognition of the importance that entrepreneurship can have in developing solutions that respond to the innovation needs of the construction sector in Portugal, in partnership with organisations such as BUILT CoLAB, something that is evident from the fact that this event was held in a place known as the ‘Unicorn Factory’.
