Digital Eye aims to democratize access to point cloud processing software, enabling SMEs to implement this technology that has long existed in the AEC sector, but which lacks widespread adoption due to its cost and technical know-how.
oint clouds, acquired through laser scanning or photogrammetry

from enabling the monitoring of construction progress and quality to
serving as detailed geometric references during BIM modeling of existing
existing buildings and infrastructures.
Digital Eye therefore aims to develop and implement
fully automated solutions based on these increasingly popular assets,
with the aim of creating a platform that reduces construction errors and
improve the efficiency of existing AEC workflows.
Main Activities
- Develop a digital platform to support the implementation of DIGITAL EYE on the construction site.
- Develop AI solutions to automate the point cloud: processing; comparison with 4D BIM models; and generation of BIM models (scan-to-BIM).
