BUILT CoLAB is developing a national platform designed to support companies in the AEC sector with the interpretation and structuring of bill of quantities, as well as the analysis and management of tenders, using generative artificial intelligence (GenAI), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLM).
This platform, known as BoQ.AI, enables users to compare new projects with existing records, supporting companies in their budgeting processes and related tasks, whilst enhancing the traceability of technical decisions. The developments also include a chatbot based on advanced language models, designed to assist with the use of the platform, the consultation of tenders and associated technical documentation, and the interpretation thereof.
