Luis Valadares Tavares | President of the Portuguese Association of Public Markets (APMEP) – which will give an in-depth perspective on the challenges of contracting in the context of new environmental requirements and will explain how projects are contracted taking into account the entire life cycle of construction.
José Dinis Silvestre | Associate Professor at instituto Superior Técnico and specialist in the environmental and economic evaluation of the Life Cycle of Constructions – he will talk about the challenges of lca (Life Cycle Assessment) applied to construction, what difficulties and tools are available in the market to face them.
Antonio Batalha | CasA+ Portal Manager at ADENE – Energy Agency – which will address the implications of the Green Deal in the energy management and renewal plan of buildings and the main national challenges at this level.

TechOnBUILT | WebTalk’Series is an initiative of BUILT CoLAB that promotes a set of extensive online conversations on the Digital and Climate Transition in the AEC sector, and which aim to contribute to the discussion of topics of practical interest to companies in this sector. Each WebTalk has two to three guests who will address and talk about the topic dedicated to broadcasting, in a virtual “roundtable” format moderated by a BUILT CoLAB team member. It lasts about 60 minutes + Q&A and will be streamed live on our Youtube channel. The recording will be made available later on our website and various digital channels.
