António Aguiar Costa, RD&I Director of BUILT CoLAB, is one of the jury members of the National Award for Innovative and Sustainable Public Procurement, which is promoted by APMEP – Portuguese Association for Public Procurement.
This award aims to distinguish the best national practices in the application of the new culture of innovation and sustainability to public procurement in Portugal. It will reward the formation of contracts using procedures including the publication of a notice, and will focus on the documents prepared for the formation of the contract, paying special attention to the qualification criteria (when the procedure adopted includes prior qualification), the requirements established and the award criteria adopted.
Applications are currently open and results will be announced in Q2 2022.
