Marco Pedroso, Head of Sustainability of BUILT CoLAB, participated on the 3rd of October in the closing session of the EEA Grants project “Circular EcoBIM” at the invitation of the project consortium.
In this session the main results of the work done were presented, with special focus on the tools and platforms developed: BIM/LCA plugin, BIM circularity tool, platform and database.
Marco Pedroso participated in the round table, together with Paulo Ferrão (IST) and Pedro Mêda (FEUP), moderated by Helge Brattebo (NTNU) and Rolf André Bohne (NTNU), where the relevance of the use of tools, platforms and digital databases for the paradigm shift of the Portuguese AEC sector was discussed, with a view to the transition from a linear to a circular model of operation.
