João Moutinho and Luís Sanhudo, from BUILT CoLAB, were speakers at the Mês de Civil, an initiative promoted by the OERN – Ordem dos Engenheiros da Região Norte during the month of October.
BUILT CoLAB’s intervention aimed to show the civil engineering community the work that this collaborative laboratory has been developing, or can develop for companies, within the scope of the digitalisation of construction. To this end, João Moutinho made a general presentation of the work in progress, having also addressed the topic of “Digitisation of the Work Front”, and Luís Sanhudo focused on the topic of “BIM and Extended Reality (XR)”. These presentations were made as a tutorial, with a view to passing on knowledge and new realities to the market.
This initiative of the College of Civil Engineering – North of the OERN takes place every Thursday in October encouraging companies to present cases of innovation in Engineering of interest to Engineers. More information available here.
