Cluster AEC, partner of BUILT CoLAB, was one of the selected entities, unique in Portugal, for the European initiative “Towards Green Transition Facility”, which aims to support the green initiatives of clusters and their associates.
The “Towards Green Transition Facility” is an initiative of the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP) to enable clusters registered with the ECCP to promote green transition capabilities among its members through the technical advice of highly qualified advisors/consultants.
Selected clusters will be trained and advised on various topics under the green transition, so that they can support their members (especially SMEs) to become more efficient. The services will be customized and focused on the specific needs and challenges of each selected cluster.
The types of technical support range from individual training, support in guidance documents, to direct consulting to workshops and webinars. Resilient business models, sustainable investments, energy efficiency, waste management, circular economy and sustainable innovation are some of the fields in which beneficiaries will be advised.
Advisory activities have a maximum duration of five months.
